General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by private individuals with Lith Cosmetics, owner Stephanie Adjei Boakye, Dringsheide 70, 22119 Hamburg, Germany.

Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Lith Cosmetics expressly agrees to their validity.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

1. The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.
2. The contract is concluded when the customer clicks the "Buy Now" button in the online shop and receives an order confirmation via email.
3. Lith Cosmetics reserves the right to reject orders in individual cases.

§ 3 Right of Withdrawal

1. Withdrawal Policy: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.
2. Start of Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you received the goods.
3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement (e.g., via email to service@lith-cosmetics.com). You may use the provided withdrawal form template.
4. Consequences of Withdrawal: We will refund the full purchase price and standard shipping costs within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless a prepaid return label is used.

§ 4 Delivery

1. Shipping Methods: Delivery is available via standard shipping (€4.99) or express shipping (€10). Local pickup is not available.
2. Delivery Times: Standard deliveries take 3–5 business days, while express deliveries take 1–2 business days.
3. Partial Deliveries: Lith Cosmetics reserves the right to send orders in partial shipments if reasonable for the customer.

§ 5 Payment

1. Payment Methods:

   c. PayPal

   d. Instant transfer (Klarna)

   e. Installment purchase via Klarna

2. Due Date: The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. For payment by invoice, the amount must be paid within 14 days.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Lith Cosmetics until full payment has been made.

§ 7 Warranty

1. Customers are entitled to rectification (repair or replacement) in the event of a defect.
2. If rectification is not possible, the customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the purchase contract.
3. The warranty period is two years from the receipt of the goods.

§ 8 Data Protection

Lith Cosmetics processes personal data exclusively in accordance with legal regulations. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

§ 9 Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Lith Cosmetics does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 10 Final Provisions

1. German law applies.
2. If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
